Employer Leadership in a Changing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Landscape

This year’s theme will examine the role of leadership in aligning inclusive practices with shifting social and economic realities and employee expectations around DEI initiatives. Through practical insights and evidence-based research, speakers will highlight how commitment to fairness and inclusion strengthens workforce resilience, enhances talent attraction and retention, and drives business performance.

The keynote address will be delivered by Dr. Wendy Cukier, Professor of Entrepreneurship and Innovation and Founder of the Diversity Institute at Toronto Metropolitan University. She has authored more than 200 articles on aspects of diversity, inclusion and innovation. Cukier is one of Canada’s leading experts in disruptive technologies, innovation processes, and diversity and inclusion.
