(anciennement connue sous le nom de \u00ab e-academy \u00bb) est un chef de file mondial dans les solutions complexes de distribution num\u00e9rique. Son effectif refl\u00e8te cette port\u00e9e mondiale : la moiti\u00e9 des employ\u00e9s, et notamment le fondateur et chef de la direction, ne sont pas n\u00e9s au Canada, et bon nombre de ses clients sont \u00e9parpill\u00e9s aux quatre coins du monde.<\/p>\n<p>Pour Kivuto, ce qui compte le plus en mati\u00e8re de recrutement, c\u2019est d\u2019embaucher le meilleur candidat pour le poste. Les gestionnaires de l\u2019entreprise charg\u00e9s du recrutement, qui ont assist\u00e9 aux ateliers de formation interculturelle organis\u00e9s par EIO, \u00e9valuent les candidats \u00e0 un poste en fonction de leurs comp\u00e9tences, de leur formation et de leur potentiel d\u2019int\u00e9gration dans la culture d&rsquo;entreprise. Les questions d&rsquo;entrevue ont \u00e9t\u00e9 simplifi\u00e9es pour \u00e9viter les malentendus, et l\u2019entreprise \u00e9vite, si possible, l\u2019emploi d\u2019acronymes et d\u2019expressions charg\u00e9es de r\u00e9f\u00e9rences culturelles. Les membres du personnel venant de l\u2019\u00e9tranger sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 participer au processus d&rsquo;entrevue afin d&rsquo;\u00e9valuer les comp\u00e9tences en langue du candidat et, si besoin, pour reformuler les questions qui pourraient le d\u00e9router.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hireimmigrantsottawa.ca\/Francais\/Prix-d-employeur\/images\/Kivuto-tm_for-print_300x95pxfor-website_000.gif\" alt=\"Kivuto logo\" width=\"100\" height=\"32\" align=\"left\" hspace=\"10\" vspace=\"5\" \/>Les dipl\u00f4mes \u00e9trangers sont accept\u00e9s \u00e0 leur juste valeur. Ces sont les connaissances du candidat, sa capacit\u00e9 d&rsquo;apprentissage et d\u2019adaptation, ainsi que son attitude (les comp\u00e9tences non techniques) qui priment. \u00c0 Kivuto, la langue de travail est l\u2019anglais mais les comp\u00e9tences linguistiques diverses sont tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019entreprise a recours \u00e0 diverses organisations pour recruter des employ\u00e9s qualifi\u00e9s, notamment \u00e0 l\u2019initiative In-TAC (International Talent Acquisition Centre) du Ottawa Chinese Community Service Centre, un organisme communautaire qui aide les immigrants \u00e0 trouver un emploi dans leur domaine d&rsquo;expertise. Kivuto diffuse \u00e9galement ses annonces aupr\u00e8s d\u2019organismes communautaires locaux au service de groupes culturels ou linguistiques particuliers (par exemple, la Ottawa Japanese Community Association).<\/p>\n<p>Kivuto reconna\u00eet que les immigrants qualifi\u00e9s ont \u00e9t\u00e9 partie prenante de la croissance et du succ\u00e8s de l\u2019entreprise, et que ce bassin de comp\u00e9tences du monde entier lui a donn\u00e9 un avantage concurrentiel pour gagner de nouveaux clients \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tranger et traiter avec eux.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab \u00c0 Kivuto, nous avons tous vu la valeur que les immigrants pouvaient apporter. Bridgehead accorde des promotions \u00e0 l\u2019interne avec son programme de formation \u00e0 la gestion, et ce, en pr\u00eatant une attention toute particuli\u00e8re \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9quit\u00e9 et \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9.
