Au total, de 45 \u00e0 50 % du portefeuille de clients du CSCPQ sont de populations immigrantes. Il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 de plus de 7 500 personnes, ce qui repr\u00e9sente un pourcentage nettement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 qu\u2019ailleurs \u00e0 Ottawa. La recherche du centre de sant\u00e9 a \u00e9galement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 que cette population immigrante a tendance \u00e0 \u00eatre plus \u00e0 risque, et par cons\u00e9quent a le plus besoin de ces services.<\/p>\n<p>Le CSCPQ a relev\u00e9 un d\u00e9fi en mettant en \u0153uvre une politique d\u2019inclusion et de diversit\u00e9 qui veille \u00e0 s\u2019assurer que son conseil, son \u00e9quipe de gestion et son personnel sont en mesure de r\u00e9pondre aux divers besoins de la communaut\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Le centre de sant\u00e9 recrute de mani\u00e8re proactive le personnel et les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles qui repr\u00e9sentent son portefeuille de clients, en utilisant des pratiques d\u2019embauche qui font en sorte qu\u2019aucune consid\u00e9ration sans rapport avec le rendement au travail ne nuit pas aux chances du demandeur d\u2019obtenir un poste.<\/p>\n<p><iframe width=\"475\" height=\"287\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/KK7Azy-J7no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/>\n(Video en anglais)<\/p>\n<p>Pour identifier les candidats qualifi\u00e9s, le CSCPQ travaille de pair avec des organismes locaux d\u2019immigration, et fournit une formation sur la diversit\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019intention de tout le personnel pour s\u2019assurer que les malentendus culturels n\u2019ont pas de r\u00e9percussions sur le processus d\u2019embauche. Le r\u00e9sultat? \u00c0 compter de 2013, environ 39 % du personnel du CSCPQ et 67 % de ses b\u00e9n\u00e9voles repr\u00e9sentaient les diverses populations qu\u2019il dessert.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, cet effort ne met pas fin au recrutement. L\u2019embauche des employ\u00e9s immigrants se poursuit; on s\u2019adapte aux pratiques culturelles et religieuses en modifiant les horaires et les \u00e9tablissements (salles de pri\u00e8re). Divers cong\u00e9s religieux sont octroy\u00e9s et reconnus par l\u2019entremise d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements \u00e0 l\u2019intention du personnel et de bulletins d\u2019information.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"  alignleft wp-image-2566\" src=\"http:\/\/www.hireimmigrantsottawa.ca\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/02\/PQCHC-logo-WEB-300x136.jpg\" alt=\"PQCHC-logo-WEB\" width=\"144\" height=\"65\" \/><br \/>\nLes valeurs antidiscriminatoires sont favoris\u00e9es dans l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019organisme gr\u00e2ce au Comit\u00e9 sans barri\u00e8res, qui s\u2019engage \u00e0 assurer \u00ab la pr\u00e9sence de strat\u00e9gies et de processus continus et syst\u00e9matiques qui aident \u00e0 faire en sorte que le SCSPQ est accessible \u00e0 ceux qui font face \u00e0 des barri\u00e8res quant \u00e0 l\u2019obtention de services, et \u00e0 assurer un environnement de travail sans barri\u00e8re pour le personnel et les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Selon les sondages culturels en milieu de travail, de 60 \u00e0 70 % des employ\u00e9s consid\u00e8rent la diversit\u00e9 comme l\u2019un des principaux aspects de la vie professionnelle \u00e0 CSCPQ, qui contribue \u00e0 la satisfaction professionnelle globale.<\/p>\n<p>Le personnel et les b\u00e9n\u00e9voles ont saisi l\u2019occasion d\u2019appuyer les programmes destin\u00e9s aux populations immigrantes. Ceux-ci comprennent le programme d\u2019appui parental intitul\u00e9 Cercle de soutien, le Projet de Soutien \u00e0 la Jeunesse Somalienne, les Relations communautaires multiculturelles et le programme A\u00een\u00e9s multiculturels.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous sommes tr\u00e8s fiers de la diversit\u00e9 de notre personnel et de nos b\u00e9n\u00e9voles, ici, \u00e0 SCSPQ.
