Il conna\u00eet bien l\u2019utilisation de technologies num\u00e9riques avanc\u00e9es pour la recherche et le recrutement de cadres. Il a partag\u00e9 la mani\u00e8re dont le monde du recrutement est en pleine \u00e9volution, l\u2019\u00e9poque des recherches bas\u00e9es sur des \u00ab\u2009mots-cl\u00e9s\u2009\u00bb est r\u00e9volue. Son entreprise utilise des \u00e9valuations psychom\u00e9triques pr\u00e9dictives, l\u2019intelligence artificielle et la notation bas\u00e9e sur des donn\u00e9es afin de trouver le meilleur candidat pour le poste, d\u2019o\u00f9 qu\u2019il vienne. Il a \u00e9galement soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance du coaching pour favoriser un sentiment d\u2019inclusion et accro\u00eetre la r\u00e9ussite pour tous.<\/p>\n<p>Sandra Saric, d\u2019Inclusive Path, est une passionn\u00e9e de technologie et une leader qui s\u2019efforce de promouvoir la croissance strat\u00e9gique et l\u2019innovation inclusive au sein des organismes. Sandra a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de la diversit\u00e9 et de l\u2019inclusion pour innover et r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande de talents. Elle a \u00e9galement insist\u00e9 sur l\u2019importance de la collaboration entre l\u2019industrie et le gouvernement pour tirer parti des talents mondiaux dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie num\u00e9rique du Canada.<\/p>\n<p>Erin Stein, vice-pr\u00e9sidente de l\u2019acquisition des talents pour le recrutement international de la Banque Royale du Canada, a expliqu\u00e9 comment la RBC utilise des outils et des strat\u00e9gies uniques, notamment des outils technologiques novateurs, pour recruter des employ\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale et pour favoriser l\u2019apprentissage, l\u2019engagement et l\u2019avancement au sein de l\u2019organisme. Selon elle, pour qu\u2019un organisme puisse prosp\u00e9rer dans l\u2019\u00e9conomie de demain, il doit trouver des moyens uniques pour attirer et retenir de nouveaux arrivants qualifi\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Lorsqu\u2019on lui a demand\u00e9 \u00e0 quoi allait ressembler sa carri\u00e8re dans quelques ann\u00e9es, Aline Ragazzi, stagiaire en marketing num\u00e9rique et en administration chez Iversoft, a r\u00e9pondu : \u00ab\u2009Je ne sais vraiment pas o\u00f9 je serai\u2009\u00bb. Elle a expliqu\u00e9 que l\u2019\u00e9conomie \u00e9volue si rapidement qu\u2019il est difficile de pr\u00e9voir la nature de ce changement. S\u2019appuyant sur sa propre exp\u00e9rience professionnelle en tant que femme noire dans la police, elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re femme noire \u00e0 rejoindre les rangs de la police britannique d\u2019Afrique du Sud en Rhod\u00e9sie (aujourd\u2019hui le Zimbabwe), o\u00f9 la s\u00e9gr\u00e9gation est pratiqu\u00e9e, et l\u2019une des cinq premi\u00e8res femmes noires \u00e0 rejoindre le Service de police d\u2019Ottawa en 1994.<\/p>\n<p>Elle a soulign\u00e9 la fa\u00e7on dont elle a vu les milieux de travail \u00e9voluer au fil du temps, et les changements \u00e0 venir. Elle a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 les cons\u00e9quences de l\u2019oppression sur les individus et sur les employ\u00e9s, d\u00e9crivant les difficult\u00e9s auxquelles elle fait face en milieu de travail et \u00e0 quel point elle a d\u00fb faire ses preuves tout au long de son parcours, ainsi que l\u2019injustice des promotions retard\u00e9es. Elle a \u00e9galement parl\u00e9 des occasions o\u00f9 elle a pu faire une diff\u00e9rence pour les autres. Elle a clos sa pr\u00e9sentation en encourageant les demandeurs d\u2019emploi immigrants pr\u00e9sents dans l\u2019auditoire \u00e0 poursuivre leurs efforts. \u00ab\u2009Il n\u2019y a aucune raison dans ce pays; il n\u2019y a aucune raison pour laquelle vous ne devriez pas r\u00e9ussir et travailler \u00e0 votre plein potentiel\u2009\u00bb, a-t-elle d\u00e9clar\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><strong>La transformation du travail : l\u2019incidence de la technologie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mark Chapeskie, directeur des programmes et du d\u00e9veloppement chez RHIEC, a partag\u00e9 les points saillants d\u2019un rapport de renseignements sur le march\u00e9 du travail.
