L&rsquo;inclusion cr\u00e9e un environnement dans lequel nous nous sentons tous valoris\u00e9s et entendus. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Les recherches de Deloitte montrent bien que les entreprises tr\u00e8s inclusives obtiennent de meilleurs r\u00e9sultats, car elles sont mieux outill\u00e9es pour faire face \u00e0 la concurrence internationale et elles d\u00e9fient le statu quo, ce qui engendre un accroissement du rendement financier, ainsi qu\u2019un meilleur \u00e9panouissement chez les employ\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Quelles mesures votre organisation peut-elle prendre pour passer des apparences aux r\u00e9sultats?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En se fondant sur la propre exp\u00e9rience de Delloite et en sondant les organisations canadiennes, le <a href=\"https:\/\/www.canada175.ca\/fr\/reports\/des-apparences-aux-resultats\">rapport<\/a> formule cinq recommandations cl\u00e9s :<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dirigeants<\/strong><br \/>\n1. D\u00e9finir des attentes visant \u00e0 obtenir des comportements de leadership sp\u00e9cifiques et inclusifs. Rendre tous les dirigeants imputables \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur du travail, et faire en sorte qu\u2019ils soient responsables de contrer les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s inconscients et les comportements qui entra\u00eenent l\u2019exclusion.<\/p>\n<p>2. Prot\u00e9ger contre des r\u00e9actions d\u00e9favorables \u00e0 la diversit\u00e9. \u00c9viter le symbolisme et appuyer les groupes traditionnellement sous-repr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans d\u2019importantes positions de leadership.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Personnes<\/strong><br \/>\n3. Habiliter la \u00ab g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de l&rsquo;inclusion \u00bb \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer le march\u00e9 du travail de l\u2019avenir. Les mill\u00e9niaux et la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z transforment le milieu du travail en exigeant davantage des employeurs afin qu&rsquo;ils soient plus inclusifs. Parvenir \u00e0 une compr\u00e9hension approfondie du personnel, permettre aux employ\u00e9s de se faire entendre et impliquer tous les employ\u00e9s dans un processus visant \u00e0 repenser la d\u00e9finition de la diversit\u00e9 et de l&rsquo;inclusion.<\/p>\n<p>4. Ne pas laisser les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations futures aux prises avec des enjeux de diversit\u00e9 et d&rsquo;inclusion \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre. Utiliser des outils technologiques afin d\u2019aider \u00e0 \u00e9liminer les pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s au sein du processus de recrutement. Ne pas traiter le rendement de l&rsquo;inclusion comme s\u2019il s\u2019agissait d\u2019objectifs de ventes ou de marges b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaires; utiliser une mesure unique qui peut \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9e et not\u00e9e lors d\u2019un examen de rendement annuel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objectif<\/strong><br \/>\n5. Appliquer l\u2019inclusion \u00e0 l&rsquo;int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur du bureau. Se tenir debout pour l\u2019inclusion de fa\u00e7on continue aupr\u00e8s des clients, des fournisseurs et des autres membres de votre r\u00e9seau lorsqu&rsquo;ils manifestent des comportements empreints de pr\u00e9jug\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Lors de l&#8217;embauche, nous parlons d\u2019affinit\u00e9 sur le plan culturel, mais qu&rsquo;est-ce que cela signifie? Souhaitons nous embaucher le m\u00eame type de gens que nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 en place? Ce n&rsquo;est pas une question d\u2019affinit\u00e9 culturelle, il s\u2019agit plut\u00f4t d\u2019une question de contribution culturelle. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Mme Morican a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que chez Deloitte, les gens s\u2019assurent de faire en sorte que la liste de personnes qui constitue la r\u00e9serve de talents en mati\u00e8re de leadership refl\u00e8te fid\u00e8lement la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 canadienne ainsi que leurs clients canadiens.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Nous devons communiquer avec les gens, et nous devons bien saisir quelles forces ils apportent \u00e0 nos organisations.
